White Lines on My Nails

I have been hanging tough with diatomaceous earth (DE) for 6 weeks now. Since I increased my dosage to 2 tablespoons a day, I have started to notice physical changes in my body. I have gotten white lines on my fingernails and toenails. I think of these lines as growth lines. If you’ve ever gotten acrylic nails before and have pried them off instead of soaking them off, then chances are, you were left with the same kind of indentations and roughness that I’m talking about. The good thing though, is that the indentations and roughness eventually disappear as the nail grows out and you clip the ends of the nails or they break off. One of the many benefits of DE is that the silica that it contains helps your body to regenerate itself, hence the growth lines on my nails.

I have also been experiencing more peeling skin; this time on the soles and sides of my feet. When the skin on my ears and butt started peeling, I was a little bit taken aback. I’m cool with it now because I know that what comes after the peeling is new skin! For more information on DE, check out my resources link https://www.sutherntwang.com/resources/.
