A Few of My Favorite Things
Tribal-patterned textiles, skirts and dresses with pockets, leather, gel ink pens, wood, brick, and bucket bags. I know you’re wondering: “What in the hell do these things have in common?” They are all some of my favorite things in life! So naturally when I came across this leather bag by Frye, I just had to blog about it.
Few companies still make products of high quality, but Frye is an exception. They make exceptionally beautiful leather shoes and handbags, and they come with a big price tag; rightfully so. That’s why, I just had to share this Frye Cara leather bucket bag that I found on Nordstrom Rack’s website for 50% off. It is so drool worthy! The Cara has one shoulder strap that is adjustable. It features a drawstring closure, protective metal feet, and a zipper on the back side of the bag that allows interior access. There was a Cognac (brown) one, which was equally as beautiful, but it has already sold out. I have been searching for a small backpack. You know, for those times that you want to be hands free and casual but still cute; like spending the day at an amusement park. This bag is a perfect alternative to a small backpack, because you can wear it over one shoulder and across your back; sling style.
The Cost to be its Boss
This bag retails at $398, and is marked down to $199.97! Now I know that may not seem like a deal to some, but the Frye Cara leather bucket bag is one of those bags that stands the test of time. That’s the beauty of high-quality leather! Christmas is right around the corner, so put it on your wishlist or treat yourself to it!
