Vitox Drinking Vinegar: A Review

Not too long ago, I did a review of Vermont Village’s line of apple cider sipping vinegars. I stumbled upon them while picking up a few things at Walmart one day. People are in love these days with apple cider vinegar. The fact that you’re reading this probably means that you too are a believer of the benefits of apple cider vinegar or want to become one. Vitox, a new kid on the block, reached out and sent me a complimentary sample kit of their line of drinking vinegar to review, so here goes! vitox drinking vinegar

Taste

I taste-tested the pineapple, lemon ginger charcoal, and the grapefruit drinking vinegars. My favorite was the pineapple because it paired well and actually offset the taste of pungent taste of vinegar. My least favorite was the grapefruit. I have never been a fan of grapefruit because of the bitter end notes.

Price & Availability

If I were to compare Vitox to Vermont Village’s line of vinegars, I would say that the price points and portions are very different. Vitox charges $14.99 for a 12 oz of concentrate which can be diluted or taken straight up as shots. Vermont Village offers a 4-pack of 8 oz. bottles for $19.99 which can also be diluted or taken straight. Both brands have flavors that I like and don’t like. Vermont Village is available in stores, but Vitox is available only online. Below you can view video of my taste-tests. Be bold, and try them for yourself! Don’t forget to let us know how it goes.
